At Bright Path, we believe in transparent pricing and clear policies, so you always know what to expect. Our goal is to provide flexible, fair, and effective support that empowers parents and champions every child’s success.

Scope of Services

Formal Case Review - $65.00

A case review provides a structured review of your child’s educational records and documentation. This may include IEPs, evaluation reports, progress monitoring data, behavior documentation, and other relevant school records. Families receive guidance to help identify areas of strength, potential gaps in services or supports, and considerations that may be helpful in upcoming meetings or discussions with the school team.

Hourly Support - $95.00

Hourly support is available for families who need ongoing guidance navigating the special education process. This may include reviewing school documentation, helping families understand federal regulations, procedural safeguards, and Oklahoma special education policies and procedures. Families will receive support preparing for upcoming IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, manifestation determinations, or other school-based discussions. Preparation may include reviewing documentation, identifying discussion points, and helping families understand what to expect during the meeting process. Advocacy support may also include attending meetings alongside families to help ensure conversations remain focused on the student’s individual needs.

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are designed for families who anticipate needing ongoing advocacy and guidance throughout the special education process. By securing a block of support hours in advance, families have access to continued consultation and assistance as questions or concerns arise.

Retainer options are often helpful for families navigating multiple steps in the process, such as evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEP developmentu, behavior planning, or ongoing school concerns. Retainer packages allow families to access consistent support while working through these stages.
