Important Policies For Our Collaboration
To ensure a smooth and supportive experience, we ask that payment is made prior to scheduled sessions. You can choose hourly support or a retainer package, and any unused retainer hours are refundable, so you only pay for the support you use. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to keep scheduling fair and flexible. Bright Path provides educational advocacy and consulting services — not legal representation — so you know exactly what to expect and how we can best support your child.
What advocacy & consulting means at Bright Path
At Bright Path, we provide both advocacy and consulting services. That means we don’t just attend meetings or speak on your child’s behalf — we guide you, explain your options, review records, and help you make informed decisions. Our support includes:
- IEP guidance and strategy planning
- IEP-focused behavior consulting
- Record and evaluation review
- Coaching and prepping for meetings and school communication
We are not legal representation, so while we help you navigate school systems and ensure your child’s needs are met, we do not act as an attorney or provide legal advice.
